Terms and Conditions – AED Group Training Promotion

Promotion Period: Entries are open for bookings made for training sessions delivered between 1 May 2025 and 31 January 2026, closing at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 January 2026.

Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals or organisations who:

  • Submit a valid group training enquiry via the Statpacks Plus website during the promotion period;

  • Finalise and complete a qualifying group training session on or before 31 January 2026; and

  • Settle all associated training fees in full.

A qualifying group booking must:

Each booking must nominate a single authorised contact person who is responsible for coordinating the session and accepting any prize on behalf of the group.

Eligible groups may include (but are not limited to): businesses, schools, sporting clubs, community organisations, or any other group that meets the minimum participant requirement.

Only one entry will be awarded per completed group training session.

To meet the minimum requirement, you’ll need at least 10 individual participants.
Even if participants are enrolled in different courses with shared units (e.g. HLTAID009, HLTAID010, HLTAID011, HLTAID012), each person only counts once toward the total — 1 person = 1 participant.

How to Enter

To enter the promotion, participants must:

  1. Submit a group training enquiry via the official contact form: https://statpacksplus.com.au/pages/contact-us

  2. Confirm and complete a qualifying group training session by 31 January 2026, including full payment of fees.

  3. Ensure the session includes at least 10 individual participants.

Incomplete, unpaid, or cancelled bookings will not be eligible for entry.

Prize

  • One (1) Automated External Defibrillator (AED) will be awarded.

  • The specific model is the Heartsine Samaritan 350P, or a comparable AED of equal or greater value, depending on availability at the time of the draw.

  • The prize includes a standard carry case.

  • Estimated total prize value is over AUD $1,500.

  • The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Draw and Notification

  • The prize draw will take place on 4 February 2026 at Statpacks Plus, Lonsdale, South Australia.

  • One winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.

  • The nominated contact person for the winning group will be notified by phone and/or email within 5 business days of the draw.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, a redraw may be conducted at the promoter’s discretion.

General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value should the advertised model become unavailable.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entry and to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, system errors, or delays that may affect entry submission or winner communication.

  • By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be contacted by Statpacks Plus regarding training services and this competition.

  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Statpacks Plus Privacy Policy.
